Tunebump offers credit refunds for submissions that do not receive a review. We do not offer cash refunds on purchased credit packages.
When you get credits back
- A curator does not respond to your submission
- You close a campaign manually after 14 days and there are unanswered submissions
- A campaign fails to launch due to a technical issue on our end
When refunds do not apply
- A curator reviewed your track but did not add it to their playlist
- You are unhappy with the feedback quality (though you can flag low-quality reviews)
- You cancel a campaign before any reviews have been submitted
