Refund Policy

Our Commitment

Credit refunds are available for non-responding curators, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Campaign Process

  1. User creates campaign and selects amount of playlist submissions (50 credits per submission)
  2. 14-day campaign period commences upon campaign activation
  3. Users may request campaign cancellation after the 14-day period to receive credits for non-responding submissions
Example: Campaign to 10 curators → 8 provide reviews → eligible for a credit refund for 2 non-responding curators

Refund Eligibility

Credit Refunds

  • Available after 14-day campaign period
  • 50 credits per non-responding curator
  • Processed immediately after campaign cancellation

Cash Refunds

  • Unused credits only
  • Processing: within 5 business days
  • Original payment method when possible

Refund Conditions

Refunds Are Subject To:

  • Tunebump verification of curator non-response
  • Account compliance with Terms of Service
  • No evidence of system manipulation or abuse
  • Campaign meeting minimum technical requirements
  • Curator assignment being technically successful

No Refunds Available For:

  • Curators who provided any form of feedback or response
  • Playlist placement outcomes or decisions
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with feedback quality
  • Force majeure events or technical issues beyond our control
  • Campaigns where user violated Terms of Service

Important Terms

  • Final Decision: Tunebump reserves the right to make final refund determinations
  • Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5 business days of approval
  • Account Standing: Refunds only available to accounts in good standing
  • Limitations: Maximum refund amount limited to credits paid for specific campaign
  • Modification Rights: Tunebump reserves the right to modify this policy with notice
