A campaign is complete when all curators have submitted their review. You will receive an email notification when this happens, and the campaign status in your dashboard will update to completed.
If some curators have not responded after 14 days, you can close the campaign manually from your artist dashboard. Any submissions that did not receive a review will be refunded as credits to your balance.
All feedback remains visible in your dashboard. You can use the reviews to improve your track, your pitch, or your understanding of which playlists are the right fit. If you are happy with the results, you can launch a new campaign for the same or a different track at any time.
