If a curator does not respond to your submission, we look for a replacement curator to pitch your track to, so your campaign slot does not go to waste.
If your campaign still has unanswered submissions after 14 days, you can close it manually from your artist dashboard. When you do, you will receive credits back for every submission that did not get a review.
Curators receive email reminders before their deadline, so missed reviews are uncommon. Our team also monitors response rates and removes curators who consistently miss deadlines.
