Frequently Asked Questions

How does Tunebump work?

Tunebump connects your music with Spotify playlist curators by submitting your tracks to playlists that match your selected genres. If curators like your track, they add it to their playlists, helping you gain greater exposure for your music.

Are all the streams organic and real?

Curators are thoroughly reviewed before being approved to join our platform. We ensure that the playlists have real, organic listeners.

How long does it take to get started?

After signing up, you can get started immediately. Purchase credits and submit your music to playlist curators within minutes.

Will my music get on Spotify playlists?

We do not guarantee that your track will be added to a playlist. Playlist curators on Tunebump retain the freedom to decide whether to add your track to their playlists. We ensure that your track is sent to curators with playlists that match the genres of your track.

How many playlist followers do the curators in your network have?

Curators on Tunebump are required to have a minimum of 500 playlist followers, with some having 100.000+. Additionally, these followers must be obtained organically and remain active.

Are the promotions safe?

Yes, Tunebump does not violate any of Spotify's terms and conditions because we do not pay curators for guaranteed placements. We reach out to curators and compensate them for listening to your music and providing feedback. Whether your track gets placed on a playlist is entirely up to them.

Can I see the progress of my campaigns?

Yes, you can view the status of your campaigns on the Campaigns page. You’ll see the number of reviews you have received, and you can read the feedback from curators.

How long does it take to finish?

Once you have started a campaign, your music is sent directly to playlist curators. It is now up to them to respond, which can happen within minutes or hours. If you have not received feedback from all curators after 7 days, you can cancel the campaign, and any unused credits will be returned to your balance.

What are the costs for submitting my music?

Once you register, you can purchase submissions. Starting at $12.00, you'll receive 3 submissions to playlist curators.
